Mario Kart DS rom Gameplay
Mario Kart DS is a racing game where players compete with other racers in the karting race as one of the 12 characters in the Mario series. These characters are Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad, Yoshi, Donkey Kong, Wario and Bowser, among which the unlockable characters are Daisy, Dry Bones, Waluigi and R.O.B.
First, each character has only 2 karts. Once some progress has been made, additional karting can be unlocked, and when all 150cc cups are completed at level B or higher, all 36 karts can be used for every 12 characters.
In the game or battle, the top screen of the Nintendo DS provides a third-person view of the player’s go-kart, while the bottom touch screen shows the current ranking of the game, the items carried by each car and the map of the course. You can switch the bottom screen to show an overview of the entire course, or bird karting and a nearby aerial view, including nearby racers, stadium dangers, item boxes and offensive attacks.
Each course has a project box through which players can receive randomly selected items that players can use to gain an advantage over other competitors. Some items allow players to attack other cars to slow down, while other items can be used to speed up the player’s own go-kart to make it easier for other racers.

Mario Kart DS Review
Mario Kart DS is an exclusive DS release, you might say, because I have used the word DS three times, and we are just at the beginning of the second paragraph. The released games have been well received by fans and critics, including me. Now we can play Mario Kart anytime! They tried to use the Gameboy Advance version, but let’s face it, Gameboy’s only decent Mario game is the NES restart, Superstar Legend and Mario Party Advance (which I played).
Like all Mario racing games, there is a 50cc, 100cc and 150cc Grand Prix mode and mirror mode, according to my knowledge can use 50cc, 100cc and 150cc. Each of the eight cups and four tracks, this is 32 tracks. It doesn’t sound like a lot, but seeing 16 of them are new original tracks, the other 16 are probably the best tracks of all previous Mario games, and you can have a good time. New tracks now considered to be the best tracks include Waluigi Pinball (the songs in the track are great) and Tick Tock Clock.
Fortunately, all old tracks are like this. None of these reimagined what Mario Kart 8 brought to us. A graphics enhancement, ready for the DS market, is what they do and runs flawlessly. It’s great to see all the old tracks on the old track in the new handheld.
In terms of characters, there are a total of twelve characters (four of which must be unlocked). Now that I know what you are thinking, there are not many twelve words. The characters you want to unlock are Dry Bones, Daisy, Waluigi, and R.O.B. (R.O.B. is the first time it appears in the Mario Kart game). As a fan of my Waluigi, I have to unlock him first, so I did it.
The game allows you to unlock things in any order you like. You can start the game from 150cc. If you really want it, no one will stop you unless you want to play mirror mode first, then we will stop you. Maybe Miyamoto will, but I won’t.
Time trials are as prominent as ever, and nothing can really change them. I really have nothing to say. I really like listening to music on the track and listening to music in Time Trials, so it’s always fun. If you like, you can race ghosts, but considering that I am not the best racing game you may not be I will not even try it.
One thing you might want to know because of battlefield summoning is what a multiplayer game is like. Well, this is great. I had a great time with my friends and played Vs with them for hours. Pattern with them. It looks like I am the best of everything, I always win.
You can even play this game with people who don’t have a game. It’s great. They have a chance to play a shy guy who can’t actually unlock it. I’m not sure why they don’t let you play a shy guy, maybe because the 13 characters are an unlucky number.
The new thing that this game tries is the mission. There are eight of them, center, me, I don’t know what they are called. Of these eight things, eight goals are to be completed, all goals are completed and you are doing a boss battle. This is a very interesting thing, it is a shame to join the game, it has not been implemented into any other games in the series, because if I am honest, it is very interesting to complete all of them and fight with bosses such as King Goomba ( Who is the feature of the Super Mario 64 DS).
In general, if you have a DS, then you need to get this game. I finished the game 100%, and when I have time, I am still indulging for a few hours. This is a game that I can’t think of any negative reviews. It definitely guarantees me the same rating for classic games like Crash Bandicoot: Tag Team Racing, The Walking Dead Season 1 and Donald Trump board games.
However, as early as 2007, Mario Kart DS and its wireless multiplayer features opened it up for me, highlighting the communities and friendships that can be forged by slamming the DS’s trigger button. As a fan of Nintendo, as long as I remember, buying DS has always been tempting.
But I basically think of portable games as a separate activity, and there are enough games to join my PS2. It wasn’t until a friend took his DS and Mario Kart DS to enter the university that he realized the possibility of a multiplayer game and the unbridled anger caused by the blue shell.
He showed me the Wi-Fi capabilities of the console and explained how we played against the other seven people in our vicinity – if needed, just one game cartridge – if only we have other people to fight!
Well, it turns out that the other three people on our bus have a Nintendo DS game console and triggered a morning Mario racing game in a 45-minute Scansop trip. Others quickly saw the fun and anger of the game and quickly purchased their own DS.
In a month, a total of 11 players, even rock, paper, scissors and other games have become very competitive, because people compete for one of the eight locations. At the time we were all deciding on our future, deciphering the unrealistic UCAS University application system and worrying about our exams.
Mario Racing’s daily game provided a valuable escape and created a long-lasting friendship. For some of my friends, our first interaction was a game played by Mario Kart DS on the bumpy A road in North Lincolnshire.
Each of us has our own game username, which changes frequently, from the ridiculous “Pat Sharp’s Quiff” to the witty “The Best” or “Better than Me”, which leads to the following question: “Who is the best?” Who is “better than me?
The whole experience creates a strong connection in our lives and provides a period of real change. Of course, Mario Kart can bring out the best and worst people, and after playing for about six months a day, the competition may become fierce.
After a miraculous bullet Bill was fired directly to the first place, a player could not handle the loss, shouting “You stupid” at the top of his lungs and threatening to throw his DS out the window. This means irony, but our driver Stanley finally heard enough.
Aghast, who stopped on the hard shoulders of the M62, threatened to ban Mario Kart on the bus and asked anyone who swore to leave immediately. No one can hide their laughter, but Stanley is serious. He is ready and willing to let go of the tenacious passenger.
Laughter just made him more excited, but no one was left behind, and he eventually reluctantly drove us home. Obviously, we continue to play Mario Kart, thank goodness, Stanley can calm me down – now as long as our DS comes out of our DS is just a pocket.
Mario kart ds rom Game Modes
The game has five single-player modes: Grand Prix, Time Trial, Battle, Battle and Mission. The Grand Prix and Vs modes require players to choose engine grades from 50 ccs, 100 cc and 150 ccs. These courses serve as difficulty levels – the higher the engine level, the faster all karting speeds. In addition, the mirror mode can be unlocked, where the karting uses a 150 cc engine and the track is flipped horizontally (including the logo and letters in the original orientation).
In the Grand Prix mode, players compete with seven computer-controlled racers in a series of scheduled courses. Unlike the previous Mario Kart game, which has four cups, Mario Kart DS has eight cups: mushrooms, flowers, stars, specials, shells, bananas, leaves and lightning, and the last 4 cups are completely drawn by Mario’s previous entries. Form a kart series. Each cup has four tracks for a total of 32.
When the cup is complete, the rating will be given based on time and location, ranging from E to A and then to 1, 2 or 3 stars. Just like Double Dash, players get points for each end position.
In the time trial mode, the player must complete the course as quickly as possible by using 1, 2 or 3 mushrooms (depending on the karting used). The fastest time is then saved as a ghost, a copy of the player’s performance and the player can compete in the future.
In the V.S. mode, players play on the track of their choice, whether against a computer-controlled opponent or in a local multiplayer game. This mode can be done separately or in groups, dividing the racer into a blue team and a red team; in a multiplayer game, players can control their team.
In addition, you can modify the number of matches and the scoring system. The combat mode has two game modes, Balloon Battle and Shine Runners, which also allow players to play alone or in teams.
- In a balloon match, the player must attack the opponent to pop the opponent’s balloon, otherwise, they can steal the balloon by joining other karting. Each participant started the battle with 1 balloon. These can be refilled 4 times. In a multiplayer game, if a human player loses all of his/her balloons, he/she will quit the game and become a ghost. Like a ghost, a player can only place a box of items. If the battle is played in a single player game, the game ends and the results are announced when all human player balloons are popped up.
- In Shine Runners, players must collect Shine Sprites (items from Super Mario Sunshine). Players can attack other racers to take Shine Sprite from their hands, and over time, the racer with the few Shine Sprites will be eliminated. In a single player game, if a human player is eliminated from the round, the game ends and the results are randomized.
In mission mode, players must complete missions, each of which targets from collecting coins to attacking enemies. In each mission, the player controls the pre-designated character. There are seven levels, each with eight tasks. After completing each task, the player’s performance will receive a star rating (three, two or one) or a letter (A, B or C). After all eight tasks in one level are completed, the player must complete a boss task to enter the next level. Once the first six levels are completed and at least one-star level is obtained in each mission, the seventh level is unlocked.
The game also features a multiplayer mode in which eight players compete with each other using DS download playback or multi-card wireless LAN connections. Before stopping playback on May 20th, 2014, Mario Kart DS supports online playback via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, and up to 4 players can play together.
When playing games online, participants can only compete with each other; when playing through an online connection, the combat mode is never available. These features are not available in the Wii U VC version because the multiplayer features have not been simulated.
